Random Event Number: 27
Someone in your family fufills their lifelong dream of becoming famous, but now their entire extended family is thrust into the spotlight with them. Who became famous, and for what? How does your family cope with this new attention -- do you milk it for all it's worth, or do you shy away from the cameras?
We always knew that Xerxes had a wonderful voice, so when he was finally discovered by a talent scout, we were that surprised. However, when the talent scout also picked up Annika, Aric and Lothiriel, we were stunned.
Turns out, the children inherited their father's gift of amazing, classical voices. Much in the style of past 'popera' artists, they are starting out as a cross-genre, and may move into a more defined catagory later on.
We've had TV crews, radio stations, websites, everone invading Xerxes home. It got so hectic, that he decided to leave the kids with us for a holiday-- but that didn't stop the news crews from banging at our front doors! Truly, the family doesn't mind the attention so much. Aayla has been writing a book with Krishna, and it really hasn't hurt to get them some publicity. However, if things continue on like this for much longer, I dont' know what we're going to do!
