Winnie and Martin found out that twins definitely run in the family, and little Vera was joined by Gil and Greta when she was 18 months old. Parenting 3 children under 2 years old was incredibly exhausting, but as time went by things got easier.
As a treat when the twins turned four, Magda organised a holiday for the Harris', the Pearsons and her youngest brother Duncan. They rented a large holiday home on the Isle of Wight for two weeks and took turns between taking the kids out and relaxing in the house. Jared, Duncan and Holly were worried that they'd be stuck doing little kid things, but they got to figure out the schedule for the holiday (under the supervision of Magda) and managed to get a good balance between the younger kids and themselves.
During the holiday, they got the exciting news that Lin was pregnant with her first child. She and Jonas had been trying for a year so this was very good news indeed. There was a brief disagreement over whether the child would be given the surname Wiggins, Lin arguing that it sounded a bit silly. After Jonas printed out 60 pages of Wiggins family history from the internet Lin admitted defeat, reasoning that if he was that determined then he could name their son Princess Fifi Flowerblossom for all she cared. Luckily, they settled on Julian.
A month after Winnie got back from the Isle of Wight, she had a pleasant surprise: she was pregnant too. While she and Martin hadn't really planned on having another child quite so soon, they were overjoyed at the pregnancy. Their son Noel was born exactly 3 weeks after Julian.
