DH/DW inherits the family estates from a grandparent. Do they keep it and move in, transfer ownership to a family member, sell it, or something else? And who owned if before?
It's been a very busy 5 year in the King Family.
Sarah and Gray have welcomed twins. Julian and Faith were born 2 years ago and are very active toddlers. Duncan is now in the 4th grade and is doing well. Isaac is in the 2nd grade and struggles a little.
Anna and Raphael were shocked to discover they were having triplets. Felix, Oscar and Ellen came into the world 3 years ago. They were born 6 weeks early, but are doing okay now and have just started preschool. They were schocked to discover a year ago they were having another baby, totally unplanned. Leslie is a sweet, quiet baby. Joanna is now 5 and just started Kindergarten.
Ryan and his girlfriend Shauna got married 3 years ago. Two years later to the day Shauna gave birth to twins, Philip and Jane. They are both just starting to walk and are keeping their parents very busy.
Noah and his girlfriend Dara just welcomed a son named Jude. Currently they have no plans to marry.
A year ago Jonathan's Grandfather Edmund died and left the Family Estate to him, as he is the only grandchild. Jonathan who now lives alone since the divorce decided the best thing to do was to sell the Estate. It was a hard decision for him since it had been in the family for at least 5 generations. He took the money from the sale, kept a little for himself and split the rest between his 6 children
