Over the last five years, we have welcomed a daughter to the family! Olivia Helena Catherine Montgomery is now 2, and she is a beautiful, friendly little girl who loves to talk. She especially loves her big brother Charlie, and follows him around all the time, which he finds incredibly annoying. Almost as soon as we found out I was pregnant, I handed in my notice at work, and have officially been a SAHM ever since! I love spending so much time with the kids, especially while they're still so young.
Charlie recently started school, and to our surprise, he hates it. He'd been really excited for months before he began, but when we first arrived he refused to let me leave, and ever since then, has been insistent that he hates it; it's a battle to get him to go in each day. He doesn't seem to have any real reason, he just says it's 'boring', and he has plenty of friends, so we really don't know what the problem is. Luckily his teachers have both been really good with him and let him have as long as he needs to say goodbye to me, and make sure that he always has something interesting to do, and they just suggested that each day, we ask him what good things happened to him that day, to make him focus on the positive things.
