Lizard: Mathias

One day Aria and Lila were playing outside, and they found a lizard. They begged to keep it, and Nicodemus caved when they gave him their best puppy-dog eyes. He got a tank, and we keep Mathias in the living room.

Right after Ginny was born, Nicodemus and Winter got in an arguement, and Nico left for three nights. He never told her where he had been, but he was very quiet for a few days after he came back. About a month ago, he got a letter from a woman in Detroit, Michigan, telling him she had terminal cancer and she needed him to take care of her son after she was gone. At first, Winter thought it was some kind of sick joke, but Nico convinced her it was true. Needless to say, Winter isn't very happy with him, but she agreed to let him bring his son to live with the family after his mother's death. It surely isn't the end of the matter, but first, we have to do what will be best for the child.
