Paul isn't getting along very well with his fifth-grade teacher. He's also struggling in maths and is too proud to accept his parents' help with it. Gwendolen, on the other hand, is loving school and doing well in her classes. She also got the lead in the second graders' Michaelmas play, and so excited to be doing what Mommy does for a living. Bianca was afraid to start kindergarten and stayed with her brothers constantly through the first week, but she warmed up to it. George is enjoying kindergarten very much and has become very popular, friends with almost everyone in his class. Thomas is much more quiet and shy, but is doing very well on his work- their teacher, Miss Damon, called to say how impressed she was at Thomas's reading level.

Hero and Tova decided that after Josie was born, they didn't want to have any more kids. They both love kids, but their family is getting as big as they want it to be, especially since they both have careers. They might consider adopting much later down the line.

Leo and Digby had triplets! they were both very excited when they found out and the other children were excited as well. Unfortunately they were born a day after Leo's grandfather died. Leo was very sad that her grandfather never got to meet them, but she's sure he's watching over them. Leo and Digby decided to name Thor, Thor Marcus to honour him instead of the Thor Ajax they had originally planned.

Eira is doing great in school. She's very social and had a bunch of friends and even a 'boyfriend' (Kai). Tristan is in class with her, but isn't doing so well, he's in fights constantly and has been rude to his teacher. His grades are fine, it's just his behaviour that worries Leo and Digby. They have no idea why he's behaving like that and have no idea what to do about it. He behaves normally at home... Orion is a rough little boy and likes to run around and play. He is doign okay at school, but has trouble staying focused on schoolwork. His teacher loves him; she says he's quite loud in class, but very friendly as well. Jonas, or "Jojo" has started kindergarten and isn't too comfortable there. He doesn't really want to stay with strangers and is always very happy to be picked up. According to his teacher, he's doing okay when Leo and Digby aren't there. He is playing with other children and seems to be enjoying himself.

Roxanne was shocked when she discovered she was pregnant AGAIN. Six kids was already way more than she had planned, and now it was going to be 7! She was terrified to tell Theron whose temper seemed to have gotten worse. His job was stressful and he had been drinking quite a bit, although he had never done anything to hurt Roxanne or the children. When Roxanne finally got up the courage to tell her husband he was indeed irate. In a drunken rage he yelled that they would NOT keep the child unless it was a boy because he couldn't stand having another female in the house. Roxanne was heartbroken. The next day Theron apologized but Roxanne still feared what would happen if the child turned out to be a girl. When the time came to find out Roxanne went to the doctor alone. She couldn't have Theron making a scene. Her heart raced as the ultra-sound tech waved the wand over her growing belly. After several moments of agony the doctor announced that she could not determine the sex of the baby because of its positioning. Roxanne was both relieved and frightened about what would happen on the day of the child's birth. Tension rose all the way up until the birth of the baby. Roxanne and Theron seems worlds apart from each other. All through labor Roxanne prayed for a good outcome. She didn't really care if it was a boy or a girl, she just wanted Theron to love it, and to love her. It was a boy. Theron cheered as if it were his first child. Roxanne smiled when she saw Theron cradle the wee boy in his arms, but she wondered if it was only because the child was a boy. Thus the birth of Clayton Reid was both a joyous and disconcerting experience.

I just can't believe how time has flown! Fiona is already starting kindergarten! All of our children are really excelling in school. As always, Nora is such a prolific reader, she says she wants to be a librarian when she grows up. Mareis is just full of spunk. At the parent teacher conference her teachers reported that she challenges the boys to races and beats them just about every time. I have to give credit to her being so close to Justis for that. He is doing very well also. He sees himself as the protector of his siters. He wants to be a firefighter, he's so strong and kind, I'm sure he'll do it. Fifi is the little princess of the group, she plays dress up in mommy's clothes all the time. I was worried about how she would take not being the youngest anymore, but she's such a good big sister. I'm proud to be the mother of such a good-hearted bunch. They welcomed Penelope with glee. It's been a while since we had a baby in the house, I forgot how much joy and work it is. We'll probably try for one more baby, hopefully another son to balance out our crew. Oh! I almost forgot, we aren't the only ones to welcome a new baby. My brother has also recently had a child, Ronya Noor. He has asked me to be the Godmother, I wish he had asked me to help name her. I will be honored to help bring her up in the church. I just hope my kiddos can behave themselves at the baptism!

During the last years things have being rather difficult for the Bates family. Rohan lost his job and Winter was also stressed for having to deal with both her work and problems at home. They had arguments over the slightest things and decided it was better for Rohan to leave the house for a while.
Meanwhile, Jess got behind with his school work; River tried to cheat during a test and was grounded and Gus spent the whole day studying at the library. Even the girls missed their dad and they refused to go back home when only Winter went to pick them up after their first day at kindergarden.
After living in separate houses for almost a year, Winter and Rohan decided they couldn't stand living apartso Rohan came back home. Some months later, Winter found out she was pregnant. However, the baby turned out to be Simon's, one of Winter's co-workers who she had dated a couple of months. Rohan is so happy that Winter had been able to conceive that he has adopted Sissi as his own child.
The whole family is thrilled with Sienna's arrival and things have come back to normal, if not better than before. Rohan works as a manager for a multinational sports bussines and the kids are doing great at school. Also, Winter and Rohan decided they will try to conceive a baby withouth IVF, they both come from large families and loving having many kids. They have considered having at least two more babies.

Well, I brought home a duck one day. Ezra was really unhappy about it, but Derry and Lucy really loved the little duck who we named Swanly (Lucy thought it looked like a swan) so we decided that the little Swanly could stay.
Fin is doing really great at school. He's really good in history and biology.
Derry is doing great too, he's very good with gymnastics and with drawing and other creative studies.
Lucy is also doing very well. She as many friends and is very talkative. She really loves to take care of baby Nora.

We are not planning to have any more children. Six children aged ten and under are quite enough, thank you very much. Alec is in fifth grade and is doing very well. Sandra is in third grade, but she hates going to school. Ginny is going to begin kindergarten in the fall.

A few weeks ago, one of Alec's friends threw a baseball through the neighbor's window and blamed it on Alec. The neighbors are extremely angry with Alec, even though we have told them he wasn't even outside when it happens. They are insisting Alec pays for the window, but we are refusing to let that happen.

Rowan and Colleen are now in the 5th grade, where has the time gone???
Rowan stayed at the School for the Deaf until 3rd grade. He now attends the same school as Colleen. With the help of his one-on-one Para (who knows sign language) and his ability to read lips, he is doing very well. He is a B Student and loves his teacher Ms. Henderson. Colleen isn't as crazy about her teacher, Mr. Allen, but she's managing to keep her grades at Bs and Cs. Both kids are still interested in athletics. Rowan has become quite a good Pitcher. He can stay very focussed because the sounds of the crowd don't bother him at all. His lack of hearing has effected his ability to compete well in other team sports though. He has recently taken up Golf with Victor and loves it. Him and Charlie, who also transfered to public school (but not in Rowan class this year) are still best friends and take turns having sleep overs almost every weekend. Rowan even has a "girlfriend" named Lindsey. Colleen plays on a softball, soccer and basketball team. She loves sports. Her and Abigail stopped hanging around in 2nd grade (Abigail is more "girly" and they didn't have a lot in common anymore). She now has a best friend named Taylor who lives one street over. Margot is in 3rd grade. She loves school! Well, the social aspect of it at least. She's quite the social butterfly and is always getting into trouble because of it. She has a large group of friends, by Hailee is her best friend (Hailee lives next door). Because she's more interested in socializing her grades have suffered and she's in danger of needing to go to Summer School. Sarah has stared Kindy this year and loves it. Like Margot, she is very "girly" and very social. She adores her sister Margot and wants to do everything she does. They both take dance class and Margot has started Piano lessons (so of course Sarah wants to also).

When Orion and Maiara found out the were prenant this time, they wanted to find out what they were having, but the baby, with all the typical Burke stubborness, decided to be difficult. They were very surprised when Camden came out a boy, because up until then, Stelian and Orion had been the only men in the family.

Unfortunatly, when Camden was three weeks old, Orion came in late one night, reeking of alchol and cheap perfume. A huge arguement ensued and Maiara kicked him out. He as asked repeatedly to return, but so far she has refused.

Random event: Someone in the family has been in a serious accident. What happened and what are the consequences?

Rosa and Simon have joined our family! Rohan loves having twins, as he and his sister Lila are twins. Noah and Pennie love the babies and show them off to their friends at school. Pennie and Skye think their siblings are just the best thing that ever happened to them (at least, they do until they start crying :-) ). Rosa is a loud baby, she requires constant attention and (almost) constant feeding. She's happiest when she's being held, so I have a carrier for her. Simon, on the other hand, is fairly quiet, but it takes forever for him to sleep.
When we first heard I was pregnant with twins, I decided I wanted to know the sex of the babies. I hadn't known for any of the other kids, but I thought that having twins was surprising enough without not knowing the sexes. We found out quickly that we were having a girl (who we named Rosa after her grandmother), but the other twin just didn't seem to want us to know whether we were having a boy or not.

Noah is having some trouble in school. He loved English and Art, but Math is hard for him. He gets it from me. Pennie is doing great, she loves reading and taught Skye how to read, so know she can read and she just started kindergarten.

Rosie and Simon will most likely be our last children. We think five is enough, but hey, you never know what will happen.

Rohan and Winter just had their twins, Levi and Noemie. They are so cute and the whole family loves them! When they discussed names for them they couldn't agree! Rohan wanted Jude Warren and Cordelia Hope, Winter wanted them to be Jude Dale and Autumn Rowan.
So they decided to let their oldest children, Orion and Jack, to choose one middlename for each baby. They picked Jude and Scarlett. After that Rohan and Winter compromised and named them Levi and Noemie.

They would really love to have more children in the future.
Orion, Jack and Milo love the school most days. Sometimes Orion get a little tired of school but next day he is don't even remember that because he had a very fun day in school. All three of them has alot of friends!

Carrie and Ryan were thrilled to welcome not one, or two, but three babies into the world. Sebastian James (nicknamed Ian), Trenton Joseph (nicknamed Trent), and Alexandra Faith (nicknamed Allie) came were born January 24th. It was known that two of the babies were boys, but baby number three didn't want to have anything to do with telling Mommy and Daddy, and so Allie remained a surprise until she was born.

Grant, who is now ten, and a fifth grader, couldn't have been happier to finally have a brother (and lucky him...got two!) He's such a great student and is doing very well in school. His favorite subjects are math and science, and is also quite the athlete, playing baseball for a Little League team.

---

Kate is eight years old and a third grader. Like her big brother, she loves school and is a wonderful student. Her favorite subjects are reading and spelling, and she has quite the creative mind. She loves theatre, and aspires to be one day be an actress.

---

And Ava, no longer the baby, is five years old, and just started kindergarten. She takes after her big sister and loves to read. She's wonderful about keeping up with her reading assignments and loves to color and play dress up.

As for whether or not Carrie and Ryan plan on any more children, they'd love to have at least one more, but regardless of if that happens, they're so proud to be parents and couldn't be happier with the way their lives have turned out, thus far.

Almost a year after the littlest Guilford was born, Stellan and Fallon finally tied the knot. It was a small, simple affair, with just their family and closest friends present. Matilda and Ava were the flower girls, while Dominik carried Jude, the ring bearer, down the aisle. At the reception, Fallon's older brother Cade approached her and asked her to be godmother to his newborn son Jaxon Cairo. Of course, Fallon immediately accepted.

Five years passed rather uneventfully, until one day Fallon went in for a routine doctor's appointment and found out she was pregnant again! The whole family wanted to know the sex of the baby, but Bub Guilford wouldn't let them take a peek. Six months later, the family welcomed little Landon Christopher, and of course the boys were ecstatic to have a brother.

All four of the older Guilford kids are in school now. Jude started kindergarten in the fall and is loving it so far. Matilda and Ava are in third grade and are completely different: Matilda loves reading and arts and crafts, while Ava is much more interested in socializing with the other kids. Dominik, however, has apparently decided that school is just not for him. His grades have been slipping recently, even though his parents know he is incredibly smart. He tells them that the work is too easy, and so he doesn't think it's worth it. Stellan and Fallon are thinking of trying to move him up a grade or two.

We recently welcomed Landon Gabriel into the world. We were hoping to be able to tell the kids whether they were getting a new brother or sister before hand, but Landon just would not have that! Trent is doing great in school-- he's in grade 5, and he loves his teacher, Mr. Marsden. He's still a bit of a mischief maker, but Mr. Marsden takes it all in good humour, luckily! Prarie is in grade 3, and has declared that 'school sucks!'. Vic was only too pleased to hear that, and I tried hard not to laugh. Her teacher isn't helping matters though, so we're hoping to get her switched to another class--or perhaps another school that would be better suited to her unique personality. Ginny recently started attending kindergarten. She only goes everyother day, the days inbetween she stays home with the nanny. Now that Landon's here, the nanny will be back on full-time. my brother recently had his first son-- Lucas Damian! He's asked me to be godmother, and of course I accepted! What an honour! All the kids are quite busy with other activities-- Trent is on the community hockey team, and plays basketball. Prarie and Ginny both dance, but Ginny has also decided she wants to play hockey-- she's not a girly-girl like Prarie! vic and I have been discussing whether we're done having children or not-- he'd like to have as many as he can (easy for him to say-- he's never home!), where as I wouldn't mind stopping with the four. We've decided not to decide-- just see what happens.

Dear mum,
I hope this letter finds you and dad well.
Montague and I are both doing great, the new twins are keeping us nice and busy.
Lucas Connor and Naomi Violet were born 12 mins apart. Lucas weighed 5lb 3oz and Violet weighed 4lb 11oz. They are both doing extremely well.
Also as you know Isabella, Charlotte and Bianca have all started school now.
Isabella is having trouble making friends. Her teacher has also told us she may need some extra help with her schoolwork because she seems behind the other children.
Charlotte and Bianca are both doing really good and have lots of friends. They both love school and it is often hard to get them to come home.
Liam is also doing great. He got an award yesterday for getting 100% on his maths test. Montague has promised to take him fishing this weekend as a reward. He will be calling daddy later tonight to ask him to come.
I have decided I would really love to have more children, you know better then anyone how I always wanted a huge family. Montague wasn’t keen on the idea at first but he has agreed to let us try.
Anyway I’m babbling and there are things to do before the twins wake up.
