Re: Lorelei's Adoption Agency

Your family:
DH: James Thomas Matthew Blackwood "Jamie" (40)
-Career: Law Enforcement, currently Chief of Police
-Hobbies: his job, traveling (especially to Scotland, where some of his family lives), volleyball and soccer
DW: Genevieve Brigitte Sophie St. Martin-Blackwood (38)
-Career: Medicine, currently a surgical attending specializing in heart surgery
-Hobbies: Playing the piano, cooking, and soccer
Current children and ages: Caroline Penelope Claire St. Martin-Blackwood "Callie" (12)
Current location: Boston, Massachusetts, USA (More towards the outside of the city)
Size of residence: The Blackwood Estate, which Jamie inherited from his family. The main house has about 12 bedrooms, with a 5 bedroom guest house. The outside land is full of multiple gardens, with a lot of green grassy space (which Jamie and Genevieve often use for spontaneous soccer games.)
Pets: Jamie's police dog, a German Shepard named Fionnlagh (Fionn), and Callie's King Charles Cocker Spaniel, Tadhg and her golden retriever, Nereus (Ray). Also, various fish including koi, and a turtle named Isidore (Izzy)
Additional information: Callie's skipped a couple years of school, so she will be going into her freshman year of high school. Jamie is well-known in Boston, more for his work as a police officer than for being a Blackwood. Many people in the city take pride in their "Boston Blackie" as they call him, so any of the children that are adopted will be welcomed easily by the whole community.
Regarding your new child:
Prefered gender: At least one boy and one girl
Preferred age(0-17): 3-10
How many children do you want?: 3
Prefered country(or countries) to adopt from: Scotland and France
Will you allow the parents/siblings to keep in contact with the child after you adopt? Siblings are welcome to come visit. There is plenty of room. The parents may be able to keep in contact, but that depends on the reason why the child is up for adoption. (I.E.: abuse, definitely no contact, but because they couldn't afford to raise the child safely and happily, then of course they can contact.)
Do you plan on changing the child's name?: Possibly, but that depends on the child's age and their original name.
Do you have any religion preference? Nope.
Do you have any language preference? No. The child can speak another language other than English.
Will you accept children that have pets? Yes. Definitely.
Will you accept teen mothers? No, since it's highly doubtful that there are 10-year-old mothers with children 3 or older.
Will you accept children with a physical disability? If a disability is a result of physical abuse, then any severity is fine. Otherwise, mild is prefered.
Will you accept children with an emotional disability? Yes. Any severity is fine.
Will you accept children with a mental disability? No.
Is there anything else that you want to add?: Children that have been abused would be very welcome, as Jamie, in his experience as a police officer, has contacts within his department and social services, should a child need therapy or just someone to watch over them during school (if they are school-age) to make them feel safe, or something of that sort.
