Elliott and Opal are having another daughter, but they can't agree on names. They each came up with a list of musts, so try and find a name that suits their wants:
1. Her first name must be long a feminine, with a possible nickname.
2. Her first name must also rank 500-1000 in 2006.
3. Her middle name must start with a 'C'
4. Her middle name must also be Irish.
