Last week we welcomed Sawyer Isaac Malachi into our family. Being born prematurly by 5 weeks he is still in the NICU. He is so tiny, but in all means healthy, although his lungs are slightly immature. Sawyer has beautiful blond hair with bright green eyes, his Daddy in all aspects. Joey, Damian, and Charlie all painted a wooded sign with his name on it and a teddy bear for his door. Chris and I were very impressed when my mom brought them in after Sawyer and I had a little rest and check-up.
Joey, now 8, is a brilliant girl. With her long, slightly curly, strawberry hair, and her beautiful electic green eyes, she is a beautiful sight. She still loves photography, which now, she loves more! Chris got her a new "adult" camera, as well as a nice digital one... one for Christmas and one for her birthday... she absolutly loved them... and is never seen without one or the other. She is still in soft-ball and is on a great team that has been together for the past 3 years and has a great winning streak. Ethan and Martin are still her greatest friends, although Ethan is now 10 and Martin 11, they are still always together and causing riot!
Damian, now 6, is alot like his idol, Joey, is many ways, but has a complete different streak of brilliance. Damian loves to read, although he is only in 1st grade, he reads at a high-school level and does so very often... his teacher was shocked to see "The Historian" on his desk, when she herself was reading it. Damian has a huge comprehension level and although he pretends he doesn't, he understands almost everything said to him... although he still needs help on most of his math homework!! Damian is also the artistic one, he loves to draw and paint and anything that involves paper, utincles, colors, and crafts. He is also in Base-ball, where he is quite good, although Joey likes to brag about being better! Damian has several good neighborhood friends, his best being Crystal; a shy, cute 6-year-old who is very small for her age.
Charlie, now 3, is in preschool. She loves going there and loves to learn new things... her favorite being science. She also loves playing with our, getting older, Frax. He sleeps in her bed and she is often found taking naps and trying to "teach" him new things. He is very overprotective of her and its is very cute to watch.
