-Adel Hafeez is a one month old baby boy from Saudi Arabia. His parents already have 11 children and can't even afford to care for them. His parents Haifa and Ali, would like to keep in touch with him and would also like him to learn Arabic in addition to English, with your approval of course.
-Adrian Dierk is a 14 year old boy from Germany [he speaks German and a little English]. He is wheelchair confined after a car accident that killed his parents. He also has severe emotional problems and will need a psychiatrist. Since the accident 2 years ago, he refuses to do anything besides looking out a window. Before the accident, he loved to swim, play basketball, and do anything involving art.
-Demetria Celeste and Winter Ireland are 16 year old twins from England. Demetria is very artistic. She loves painting, cooking, and fashion. Winter is more into literature and writes superb poems, stories, and does well in school. They are inseperable. Demetria and Winter both are selective mutes due to the physically, emotional, and sexual abuse endured by their uncle, who sheltered them after the death of their parents when they were 12. They are bringing with them a miniature daschaund named Azure [f].
-Janneke Karin is a 3 year old girl from the Netherlands [she only speaks Dutch]. She loves to dance and play with other children. She is scared of water and you may have difficulty giving her bathes.
-Sander Ruud and Juliana Lisanne are Janneke's older siblings. They are 7 year old twins. Sander likes to play baseball and is very good at math. Juliana is mute [not selective], and has been since birth. She likes to play with other children, and adores animals. She is also good in school, but excels in science and literature.
-Kiran Abhay is a 2 week old boy from India.
-Manu Shankhar is Kiran's 4 month old brother.
-David Abram Gideon is an 11 year old from America. He suffers from dyslexia but strives hard in school to stay an A average student. David loves a huge variety of sports, but his two favorite are lacrosse and bowling. He usually runs about 2 miles each day [averaging 8 minutes per mile], and would like to join his new school's track&field team. He loves animals, and if he can't persue a career in sports, he would love to do something to help animals.
Please keep us informed on how the children are doing.

Thank you so much for blessing our family with these wonderful children!
Adel is doing great. He was so adorable. He has brought a lot of happiness to our family, and his older siblings love him.
Kiran and Manu are also doing good. they share a room with Adel, and they all seem to like eachother pretty well.
We expected Adrian to have a difficult time adapting, but he is actually doing pretty well. At first he refused to do anything but look out the window-- like we expected, but then, slowly he started to speak to us. The first thing he asked was if he could listen to some music, so we supplied him with a stack of CDs. Though he is still rather closed to us, it is a start and we think he will open up more in time.
Demetria and Winter are doing awesome! They seem to forget about their past more and more everyday. They have made many friends and are very happy in thier new school. Demetria is entering some of her paintings in the local art show, and Winter is writing a story to send into a magazine.
Janneke is so sweet! She is speaking a little English now, and has made so many friends! We did have a hard time giving her baths for a while, but she is better now. Who knows? We may even get her to get in the water at the beach this summer!
Sander and Juliana are also doing well. Sander is at the top of his class in school, and has joined the local little league. Juliana, although mute has made many friends.
David is great! He has joined the local bowling league, the track team and has become and average A student. Sometimes he volunteers at the animal shelter, other times he just plays around with the neighborhood animals.
Thank you so much! If you have time (if you don't want to you don't have to) I would like ten more, same as before! But if this is too much, then don't worry about it!
