The McGees are getting quite the family! They recently moved into a larger house in the countryside to make room for their largely growing family. Melissa is now pregnant again, this time with a boy. They would like to make his middle name either Patrick or Jonathan in honor of his father. His first name should be slightly common and between 4 and 7 letters long.

Jess's new boyfriend, Massimo, has moved in with her. A few months after he moved in she found out that she was pregnant again with his child, a girl. However, there is a problem and the baby is very likely to be born with a major physical disability. They would like to give her an uncommon name, preferably ending in -a. They would like to give her a middle name to reflect her father's Italian heritage.
