Here's a sibset of three, all with terminal illnesses.
-Andrew Ty is a 17 year old from Fiji. He has a genetic heart disease that the doctors predict will kill him within the next year if he can't get a heart transplant. He likes to play golf, rugby, and can play the basoon quite well.
-Carlos Owen is 15 and is Andrew's little brother. He also shares a passion for rugby and plays the baritone and trumpet. He was recently diagnosed with Stage III Wilm's Tumor. He will need abdominal radiation, 24 weeks of chemo, and nephrectomy [removal of kidney]. With all this, he has a 98% chance of living past four years.
-Sabrina Kenzie is 14 and Andrew and Carlos' little sister. She plays the flute, clarinet, and oboe. She just found out that she has a brain tumor. She will need surgery to remove the tumor, but this is dangerous and always risky. She is very scared but looks up to her brothers for guidance.Keep us updated!
