Aurora Emilia is a 16 year old single parent from Italy. The father of her two year old twins, Susanna Mimi and Fabia Rosalia, left them at birth. Aurora is struggling to cope with Susie and Fabia. Susie had to have a leg amputated at birth as she contracted meningitis. We are hoping, with your help, the twins will grow up well.
