A few months after Leo was born, Abbey found out that Tate had been seeing another woman the entire time they were together and she immediately broke up with him. A year later, she happened to run into JP Duquette, her high school sweetheart. One thing led to another, and the two married six months later. Now they're expecting their first child together, and lo and behold, it's another boy. Abbey wants her son to have the first name of a pope, after his dad. JP just wants his boy to have a very French middle name to honor his heritage.

After Harry turned three, Chet and Ella began trying for another baby. They recently discovered that they're expecting twins and have no idea what to name them! Again, they want their middle names to be one syllable, and both babies should have a nickname. The couple want their first names to be connected somehow, whether through initial, meaning, origin, etc.

Luca and Antonia thought that with four young children at home, it might be prudent to get them a pet. The family took a trip to the animal shelter and adopted a golden retriever puppy (a boy). Rocco and Orlando want to name him after a superhero; Adriana and Isabella want to give him a cutesy name.

JD and Chloe have agreed that they can suggest middle names, but they'll ultimately have the final say. Jared and Dodge have come up with these possible middle names: Amy, Emma, Jamie, Lily, and Sofie. Chloe wants her first name to honor her mother Theresa Jane in some way.

Kendall is fine with this, but only if he has a more modern nickname. The couple want his middle name to be something that is more commonly used as a surname.
