The past few months have drained pretty much all the energy out of Drew and me. Drew had a steady job, but he had to film often. That left me running back and forth from practice to the elementary school to pick up Memphis and Ryder. I had to leave little Lucas and August with a nanny! It gets even more difficult when I have to go away for games all the time. This is all just too much!
The stress of having full time jobs and four kids has put a definite strain on our marriage. Both Drew and I come hom cranky from work most of the time. Unfortunately, once when we took the kids out for ice cream, somehow some reporter caught us yelling at each other (while the kids were playing out of sight) and soon it was all of the tabloids! Headlines everywhere say that Drew's going to fill for divorce or something. We recently found out that we're having another child, and the media kind of suspects that, too. So, they worked all those things into a little story some reporter made up that Drew was going to leave because I was pregnant, and the baby wasn't his or something idiotic like that. Of course, none of it is true, and we're not getting a divorce. We are just going through a stressful time in our lives right now, that's all. I hope this all clears up soon!
