Re: Oooh! Bash my favorite names too, please!

DISCLAIMER: I'm doing what you asked & bashing as hard as I can. However, I honestly do like a lot of your combos. :o)
BOYS:
William Nathaniel "Liam" - Another William. How original. And you had to make it tryndee by using the Celtic-sounding nn Liam.
Nathaniel Alexander "Nathan" - Yay! Another over-used "classic"
Ian (EE-yan) Alexander - Ian sounds like someone groaning. Adding Alexander just makes it sound like a lovers' tryst.
Jacob Oliver - You're so original! I bet he'll be the only Jacob in his class! (Sure, honey)
James Michael - James, fetch me my slippers. James, get the door. James, please see that the other servants are seeing to their tasks properly. Sounds like the name of a butler to me.
Benjamin Oliver - Aren't you worried that Ben is too common a nn? No, of course not, b/c he'll go by Jamin Oliver; so pseudo British, you'll have the rest of the subdivision thinking you're foreign.
GIRLS:
Adriana (aw-dree-AW-nah/audrey-ana) Sofia - Yes, she'll never have to correct anyone on the pronunciation. Adding Sofia spelled that way was a nice touch; maybe people will think you're moving back to the mother-land soon.
Olivia Simone - *yawns* Oh, sorry, I fell asleep b/c Olivia is getting VERY bo-ring! This is a pretty good choice, though, b/c it will (almost) work on a boy: Oliver Simeon. See? Just move the 'e' in Simone & you're all set! No one will ever know he was supposed to be a she...or vice-versa.
Olivia Claire - Stop with the Olivia already!
Olivia Charlotte - No, I'm serious. Adding Charlotte will not make her unique unless you plan on using her mn all the time.
Audrey Charlotte - Hey, use Audrey Katharine; then you can include both Hepburn sisters.
Noelle Adriana (same pron. as above) - What a negative name to give a child. No, Elle! Adriana isn't helping.
Emilia (eh-mih-LEE-uh) Raquel - oh, just spell it Amelia already. Raquel seems a bit to glamorous paired w/the first name. I hope she doesn't develop MPD as a result...
Anna Hope - Anna Prayer of not getting teased
Leila (LAY-luh) Rose - Yesh. Lay la Rose dere on da tay-bul.
Lila (LIE-luh) Hope - Great aspirations. Give a kid a name that includes the word LIE.
Emmeline (EH-meh-line) Olivia - Emmeline is a step up from Emily, but STOP already with Olivia!
Annabel Grace - Just b/c her mn is Grace doesn't mean she won't be a klutz. And Annabel? Poe fan, are we?
Sarah Noelle - Ahh, Sarah. A good, old-fashioned bore-me-to-tears classic. Adding Noelle was a nice touch. No one will ever ask if she was born at Christmas.
Edited b/c I misspelled one of my insults. Kind of ruins it, don't you think?
