Julia and Jesse have just adopted a baby boy from Sweden, Niklas Joakim. Julia and Jesse have decided to rename him, Jacob Nicholas. Jake joins brothers Ben and Jackson and sisters Carrie, Eliza, Evie, and Rorie.
