Just so everyone's clear on the rules: I make a list of four combos. The second person changes each combo by either keeping the middle changing the first name, keeping the first changing the middle name, keeping the initials or switching the names around. The next person does the same thing to the second person's list of four etc. You don't have to keep any order in the keep/change options.
