Hareton Alexander and Magdalen VictoriaHareton and Magdalen are named after Hareton Earnshaw from 'Wuthering Heights' and Mary Magdalene from the Bible. I chose them because both characters get a second chance to better themselves later on in life and I want my children to always believe that it's never too late to make something more of themselves. Their middle names don't have any specific meanings - they were chosen so that each child has a common name to fall back on if they so choose. Another thing I like about their first names is that they can easily be shortened to common nicknames (Harry/Tony for Hareton, Maggie/Ellie for Magdalen).

Well, if they're boys then their names are Christopher Lee and Zachary AlexanderChristopher Lee is named after Jason's best friend who passed away from Cancer and Zachary Alexander is just a name that I have always liked. If it was ultimately up to me and Jason wasn't the father they would be Zachary Alexander and Ashton Christopher, but I guess since I got one of the sets in there and a name from the other thats good enough! In my Christopher case though it would be for my brother.

My husband and I are delighted to announce the arrival of our first two children--a healthy set of twins...a boy and a girl...born on March 31st. William Grant, whom we have nicknamed Liam, arrived at 9:08 AM, weighing 6 pounds, 8 ounces; 19 1/2 inches long. He was joined by his sister, Elisabeth Grace, who we occassionally call Ella, at 9:34 AM, weighing 6 pounds; 18 1/2 inches long. Their names are names that my husband and I both like and could agree on, and we thought they complemented each other nicely.By the way, if we would have had two boys, their names would have been William Grant (with the nickname Liam) and Luke Preston. If we would have had two girls, their names would have been Elisabeth Grace and Ava Josette.
