Dear Friends & Family,
I can't believe how time has just flied by. Augustus is already in Kindergarten (German Kindergarten, which is like Preschool) at a local church, St. Michaels. Granted, were not a religious family but it was the best in the area for the best price (free). To celebrate Augustus' 1st day at school we adopted a new addition to our family. This weekend I took him to the animal shelter to pick out his new best friend (that's what he refered to it as). He picked out an adorable Calico who is less than a year old. I've never had kittens before, but Augustus just fell in love w/ her from the moment we got there that i couldn't resist. When i asked him what he wanted to name his new kitty he said, 'Kitty'. Not very imaginative, but that's what he wanted. Well, I hope you all can come by to meet Kitty.

PS. I forgot to mention that Augustus made Kitty a little room of her own. Well, technically it's in his wardrobe. On the bottom of the wardrobe he put in the little kitty bed we got for her & all her toys plus 2 little dishes for food & water. She likes it in there, but most of the time she's w/ Augustus
