Dear all,
I'm sure you are all wondering how our weekend in Colombia went. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We left the twins with my mother for the weekend while we went to bring our new baby girl home. Elodia Fortunata is doing fine. She is a very active eight month old baby - she has already found a dozen weak spots in our child proofing! The twins just love their little sister, although tend to deny her existance when they want us to leave the baby to play with them. River has taken to her especially well - he loves to play mommy's little helper!
River and Lilith have started pre-school this week. Both of them already have their own group of friends, although, River being less prone to rough-housing like many of the othe boys, there is a lot of overlap in their friendships. Lilith loves all the dress-up clothes and baby dolls in her classroom. She and her friends Gemma, Gracie and Alana love to play house together. River loves all of the art supplies - especially the paint. He comes home nearly every day with paint splotches on his sleeves. River likes to play rock stars with his friends Shawn, Katie and Maria.
We'll be moving out of our little bungalow next month - our family has outgrown our comfy little home! Our new house is 683 Sandwood Cresent. It is a two story four bedroom house, so all of the kids get to have their own room.
