I'd like to know the meaning of some names from India. Sadly, I'm not sure of what languages they are derived from.

Kurshida (f) is Persian Khurshida. Khurshid means 'Sun'.
Raghunath means 'Lord of the Raghu-lineage' which is a reference to Rama.
Ramaratan is probably for Rama-ratna. Ratna means 'jewel'.
Chandravir is Chandra, 'moon (or Moongod)' plus vir, 'hero'.

Sneha (SNAY-ha) means Love

Bhavna looks like a form of "bhavana", which means "senitiments"

Vinodh is a form of Vinod, which means "happiness, good times"

Santosh/Santoshi

....means "happiness" in Sanskrit

Ramratan is a line form a prayer, combining God's name (Ram) and ratan, which I will look up.
