Cymbeline
I know the name Cymbeline is a male Shakespearian title character but, I think the name sounds lovely for a girl and I prefer the spelling Cymbilene. I don't know how the name is supposed to be pronounced but, I like sim buh leen'. Does anyone know the correct pronunciation, meaning, and origin (it sounds Welsh to me).

Guess it depends from what part of the English-speaking world you are :P
Cymbaline and its variations is derived from the Greek "kumbalon" denoting the cymbal. The word "chime" has the same etymological root. "Kumbalon" is itself derived from "kumbe" meaning anything hollow (eg a bowl) and was not a very flattering expression.
Check out "Cymbaline", a beautiful song by early Pink Floyd .

i would pronounce it as you have written but i canot say i'm too keen on Cymbilene as it sounds too much like cymball (as in the instrument, don't think i've spelt it correctly).
