This is Behind The Name's name translation tool:

It will only translate your name if there is an equivalent listed as used in that area (for example, if your name was Christine and you asked for the Italian translation you'd get Cristina; if you asked for the Dutch translation, you'd get nothing because the version of Christine used in the Netherlands isn't listed; and if you asked for the Swahili translation you'd get nothing because there isn't one).
If the name you want to translate is a word name (Sky, Daisy, Red) you can try a language translation site such as:
www.altavista.com/babelfish/
But these are limited and can be wildly innacurate.
