Hi - Several years ago I came across the Inuit name "NAKITSILIK" in a book on Inuit history. It was in a small book with several Inuit stories and the name jumped at me. I remembered to write the name down - as well as three others - but stupidly forgot to write down the name of the book.
I am looking for the translation of the word Nakitsilik. Is there any way you can shed light on it?
The name was in reference to a girl's name.
