My family is of indian origin, and they gave me what is typically condisered a muslim name in india. so i think it might be arabic, i don't know for sure. my nickname is Isha, but my parents say that the two are not related. if anyone has any possible leads. it would prove helpful. thanks.

I think it is an Islamic/Indian girls name that means "enjoyment, happiness".
