Re: Would anyone know the meaning of the name CATUCCI?

I think that this might be an Italian surname meaning 'little Catarina". The Italian diminutive suffix -ucci together with a shortened form of Catarina.

This link takes you to a page (all in Italian) that talks about Italian surnames (the page i've linked to is the page of surnames beginning with Cat-) so I thought this might be helpful. Although they don't sepcifically mention your surname the prefix Cat is used quite a lot but has different etymologies.
If you need anything translated then either use Altavista or just ask me.
I hope this is of some help :)
