any more info on Arvilla?

Has anyone turned up any more info on the origin of the name Arvilla? I noticed an old post about it but nothing current... My grandmother's name was Arvilla and her ethnic background was Norweigian & Irish, but I never learned where her name came from.

ARVA-a name given to both boys and girls, from the latin arva, 'countryside, fields, pastureland', variants Arvada Arval Arvella and Arvilla.

or the Welsh boy name Arvil, with female forms Arvelle, Arville and Arvalle due to influence of the French or English language.

Checking google seems kind of tiring … Maybe Menke can make a try.
If it is of Germanic origin, its elements could be

AR (eagle) and WILL (will).
