No. That is a bad name. Too hard to spell and pronounce. The "Rh" at the start is a poor combination of letters.

I think the initial poster got the spelling "Rhiannon" from the Welsh goddess. I believe that is how the name is spelled in Wales (but I may be mistaken on that).
