I'm sure Pavlos is right, he usually is on such things. I think the name Romilly is very pretty, and certainly uncommon, at least in the United States. In case you're intersted, other similar forms of the name include: Roma (Latin-meaning from Rome), and Romy (French-a familiar form of Romaine, which means, you guessed it, from Rome).
