I do not know what rose water limonade is.
What is it made from?
Rose leaves, water sugar and such?
Elder flower limonade is made from elder flowers, sugar, water, lemons and citric acid.
Yet, this year we have experimented a little my mother and me with different kinds of sugar so before I give you a recipe I think I should have tasted the result this year.
Next week I will be away tending my parents house and their dog while they are on vacation. Thus I will taste the results.
I will then let you know the recipe I like the best.
You see, the amount and kind of sugar can be different from recipe to recipe. The number of elder flowers per kilograms of sugar can also be regulated ( but we use to be a little haphazardly here)
and the amount of citric acid can as well be regulated per kilograms sugar and the same is true for the number of lemons.
Monday or tuesday I should be able to report back to you.
I leave this coming Sunday.
