On combining names...
Is there any specific way to do it? Like, do you have to arrange two etymological elements a certain way for it to clearly mean what the two elements mean together?

If you are combining two names that have never been combined before, you are in essence creating a new name yourself, and therefore you can make your own rules. If you want the combined name to be constructed in a way that is normal or grammatically correct for the language the elements you are using come from, you would have to understand the rules of grammar and usage in the particular language you are using. There wouldn't be a general rule that would fit all languages.
