New glasses!!!! My eyes were so bad from my contacts, so I got new glasses. They are so cute!!! They're the little brown speckled plastic frames. I look so smart! Sorry, I'm really excited. It's the small things in life. ;)

I care and I empathize. I have to get a new pair of glasses because my lenses are too heavy for the frames. :p
When I was in high school, I got a pair of contact lenses, but it turned out that I was allergic to something associated with them. When I went without either glasses or the contacts, I would walk into walls, doors, pillars, etc., and apologize to them (the walls, doors, pillars, etc.) (the hearing impared students got a number of chuckles from that :p).

I can totally relate to walking into walls and doors and apologizing to them. I once tripped over a chair when taking my seat in class and I said "I'm sorry" to it. However, I didn't have poor vision, I am just a klutz! Congrats on the new glasses Sarahjeane! I know what it's like to be excited like that. I sware I thought I looked so smart when I first got mine.

Well I've had contacts since I was in middle school, but I never take them out!! That's really bad, but I would sleep in them and take them out once a week to clean them. My eyes just got worse andd worse, so I gave in and spent the buttload of money to get new glasses. I'm so glad I did. Hopefully my eyes won't worsen anymore. Thanks for caring, Phyllis !

I care, too, Sarahjeanne:)--congrats on your new glasses! I wish I could still wear mine--I *hate* wearing these contacts--but my baby daughter seems to think it's hilarious to pull the glasses off my face the second they go on, so I'm stuck with the contacts for now:(. Enjoy your new and improved eyesight;)!

Wow!! Two people I haven't seen in a while!! Thanks, Melissa and 'Cole . Don't be strangers!! I joked around with Derek today, we always go to this little bar on Thursday nights to play the interactive trivia and I told him now we don't have to sit so close!! I love it when people get excited over the little things like I do!
