I posted about this name several months ago, but got no response. I thought perhaps there was someone new to the board who may be able to offer some information.
My DH's grandmother is named Ivill Faye, born in the 1930s in Texas. Her maiden name is Foerster and she is of German and Austrian descent. Could anyone tell me whether this name is used anywhere else, what it means or if it is something that her parents made up?
