This is correct, except that it's Arabic. It's also written Ridhwana, and it's the female form of Rizwan.
It may be worth pointing out though, that the name doesn't mean 'the happy one' or anything like that. It is rather an expression of the hope that God will 'accept' her, or be 'happy' (satisfied) with her, on the day of judgement.
