If you want to pronounce it the Yiddish way (I know there is more than one), it would be MOY-SHEH (SHE like in "shephard").

Moe(like the first name)- she (like the feminine pronoun)... sort of. I was talking to a Jewish friend who speaks Hebrew and saying "moe-she" and he had no idea what I was talking about until I spelled it for him. Then he said it aloud, but to my ear it sounded exactly the same way I pronounced it. I have another friend that had a similiar conversation with a professor of Hebrew studies.
