Stevee means the princess's tiara and it was derived from Stephanie. Plus the name STeve means the king's crown.Steve is derived from Steven or Stephan.

It's kind of like a small crown, usually made of diamonds or pearls, worn by ladies for formal events. Here's a picture of one:
