You know there are those who say that the work of an artist always is wiser than the artist him/herself. That means that the work contains more possible interpretations and more meaning than the artist is aware of. Not that the idea of the artist making the work becomes unimportant though. It just become one interpretation out of many "correct" interpretations.
I must admit the thought of heroin was far from me while I wrote down what I got out of the song.
