Hi,
I followed the link and found some confusion there: the terms Russian and Slavic are mixed up. The source marked there as [Mor] actually refers to Slavic name, e.g.
If we mean Russian names, then Desha is a pet name for NADEZHDA, most probably.
If we mean Slavic (e.g. South Slavic, e.g. Bulgarian or Serbian) names, then Desha or Desa can be also an abbriviation of DESISLAVA possibly meaning "ten times glorious".
