I think it is Eastern European, but I am not sure. Anyone know how it's pronounced? I've also seen it spelled as Nadyuishka. Thank you. Also, is there a male version of it?

From sounding it out it seems like a cutesy pet form of Nadia / Nadya (I got this from the "shka" sound) .

yes, it is a pet form for Nadya. I was wondering if is has 3 or 4 syllables... it seems like you can sound it out either way.
