Help me find the meaning
This is a Turkish female name and I know that it has a translation to a star or a group of stars. Thank you

Obviously, according to Turkish phonetics, the first letter is 'ü', not just 'u'.
This is an Turkish online dictionary: http://www.seslisozluk.com
It gives the following:
ülk: first
ülkü: ideal
yer: earth, place, land
Please suppose some combinations by yourself.

Not sure if this will help you, but.. the closest thing I can find online to Ulker is Alcor, in Ursa Majoris (Big Dipper).
Maybe it's not related, but it's the most similar thing I could find on a quick search, and might be a starting point?

Also if you search for Ulka, it turns up an Indian girl name apparently meaning a meteorite or shooting-star.
- chazda
