I don't know how to pronounce tara in chinese, but i do know how to pronounce it in the indian way. It is not like Tara in the american way, it is like when you say la, remove the l, the put the a sound in the two A's in tara. It is really hard to explain! :)

The name Tara is English, or Indian / Hindu Mythology.
There is no direct Chinese translation.
Unless, of course, you want a Chinese name with a similar/same meaning.
