Ruzal & Ruzaliya
They're Tatar I believe. Ruzaliya is also used in Uzbekistan according to forebears. Both are pretty rare. What do they mean? I'm assuming Ruzaliya is the feminine form of Ruzal, but I could be wrong. Рузаль and Рузалия in Russian Cyrillic.

There doesn't seem to be a match in any central Asian language, Turkic or Persian. The simplest explanation is that it's a variation of Rosaliya. I do have Рүзәл as a Tatar given name, but no association with any word.
