Freddy Breck's song (there is an English version as well) also caused the name to first chart in the US in 1973, the year he released it (https://www.behindthename.com/name/bianca/top/united-states). I think it's safe to say it's an English name too - it never left the American chart since it appeared, also reaching the top 100 during the early 90s.
As a German name, there were 14,899 bearers of the name as per a telephone directory of January 6, 2005 (https://de.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/Verzeichnis:Deutsch/Namen/die_h%C3%A4ufigsten_weiblichen_Vornamen_Deutschlands), also peaking in Germany in 1973 (https://www.behindthename.com/name/bianca/top/germany).
It's also common in Dutch, with 20,450 bearing Bianca as a first name and 4,491 as a middle name. It also reached its highest spot in 1973 (https://nvb.meertens.knaw.nl/naam/is/Bianca).
Lastly, it's also less commonly used in Swedish (https://www.nordicnames.de/wiki/Bianca), with 2,796 instances of Bianca as a first name and 4,031 as a middle name.
I'm surprised of how a single song helped popularise a name in three different languages!
