Quelin
Does anyone know the origin of the name Quelin? It's borne by the English actress Quelin Sepulveda - I don't know her ethnicity, but she has a Spanish surname, so it might be Spanish?

An alternative hypothesis is a Spanish respelling of Kayleen.
A short form of Jacquelin is a good guess -- various sites on the Internet say that although this actress was born in London her ancestry is Brazilian.
I'm Brazilian and I haven't heard of the name until now, but it does seem like it could come from Jacqueline. (I've heard Jacqueline used here more than Jacquelin.) Then again, we Brazilians love to make up names, so it seems plausible.
My best guess is it could be a diminutive of Jacquelin (it’s very simply Jacquelin minus the Jac if this really is its meaning). Most sites claiming to know the meaning of Quelin are those dubious baby name sites that have questionable reliability. But apparently (and this comes from Forebears, so take this with a pinch of salt) this name is most prevalent in France, though, so perhaps it’s a French diminutive.
