I've seen this used as a name invented by African Americans, and it was first used in 1996 (according to the social security administation). Because its invented and based on melodious sounds vs any sort of actual name elements, it doesn't retain a meaning.

Standard question: Where did you find it? Without some context, it is almost impossible to answer.

Any information on the whereabouts of the encountered person? A picture giving hints on gender or other remarkable features of the person? Any hint if the name is real or a pseudonym? Facebook alone is not even a proof of existence of a name, despite their real name policy there still lots of pseudonymous accounts and there are also account of businesses, trademarks, organisations etc.
