I have never been able to find an other ULLRICK anywhere used as a first name. Have you? Ullrick doesn't even come up here using the search box.

I located the following historical records with people named Ullrick—

1. Ullrick - married in 1855 in Sweden
2. Ullrick - Living in Texas
3. Ullrick - born 1829 in Switzerland
4. Ullrick - 1908, born Bohemia, moved to Wisconsin
5. Ullrick - Born 1876, lived in New York
6. Ullrick - Montana
7. Ullrick - Washington

There are multiple more. They appear to be Scandinavian or German in origin for the most part.

Yes, these were all located as first names, I did not list their last names for privacy.

If I were to guess, I would think your parents chose that spelling in homage to the name Rick. The common spelling is usually as listed in the comments below.

It seems that the spelling Ullrick has been used less than 100 times in the US and was first recorded in the US in 1948.

Looks to be a variant of Ulrich, however your spelling may be less common.

For such "Does this name exist at all" searches I use Facebook, because many if not most people use their real name there, and we have about 1/4th of all humanity or even more amassed there.

If you use the search function there, you can find rare people who (probably) have that given name. Here 3 of them:

I am thinking of using Ullrick as my whole name as a professional photographer, like Madonna uses only one name. Yes, totally (almost) unique.

I did a bit of research, and I did not find any usage on the Internet beside the surname, but I did find this spelling listed on babynamespedia.com and babynamesdirect.com. I also searched baby name lists 2013-2021 from the US Social Security Administration (more available here: https://www.ssa.gov/oact/babynames/limits.html), and I could not find it, though it only lists names with 5 or more uses per year. I could find spellings ULRIC, ULRICH, and ULRIK, but they did not exceed 20 uses each.

Don't trust random baby names sites, they propagate tons of errors. The spelling Ullrick is two-off from a standard spelling (with single l and either ch or single k at the end) but it is used in a surname as well. So it is a rare spelling of a not very popular given name or a rare surname to be used as a given name, making it close to unique.
