Some Esperantists use Esperanto names for themselves when they use Esperanto (Ludoviko Lazaro Zamenhofo himself being an example of that).Some authors writing in Esperanto also use Esperanto names for their characters.

Now I understand Esperanto forms of popular names (Antono, Vilhelmo...) are adopted, but does that mean Orabela, Adorinda, Esperanta et al are literary names? Or are they used in real life as well?
