Almost certainly based on Conrad.

It's now identified with Conrad. It's a name from Cebuano parts of the Philippines, both personal and family. Depending on the particular type of rhotic (Cebuano's alveolar trill might induce a d between n and r) I can see Condrado from Conrad, but equally could be a variation of contrato "contract".

I also thought of this, but I wasn't quite convinced because I found the name "Condradus". But now that I've looked into it more, I realized that Condradus is also a variant of Conrad. Thanks for your explanation! Now I'm sure that Condrado is a variant of Conrado.
