These are Turkish names said to mean "dried leaves, fallen leaves" (Hazal) and "autumn" (Hazan) in Turkish.
But I would like to know where the meaning actually comes from because I can't find these meanings in the dictionary.
hazal - can't find a meaning in Turkish.
haz al - "haz" means "pleasure, delight" and "al" can mean "to get" but also "scarlet". Is that maybe where a poetic meaning comes from? "get pleasure" or "scarlet pleasure" in the sense of scarlet etc. autumn leaves? But I can't find a reputable source, just wikipedia.
hazal - in Persian this means "hazel" and throughout the internet you often find "dried leaves, fallen leaves, autumn flower". The hazel sort of is an autumn flower, I guess? Is it possible that this just means "hazel"?
hazal - from a word for "gazelle" or "deer" from Kurdish xezal or Persian ğazâl.
Does anyone know more?

But "haz an" means "moment of pleasure" in Turkish.

The Turkish Wiktionary (if Google translate is to be trusted) confirms hazal as meaning "fallen leaf" (https://tr.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/hazal) and hazan meaning "autumn" (https://tr.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/hazan).

That is so odd because when I use google translate and any dictionary it doesn't show up for Hazal. It's like it doesn't exist as a word.
Hazan shows up in some as "autumn" but not in others so much be a rare word if that is what it is? Google translate doesn't even show it.
I think it might be incorrect? For Hazal at least.

Do you speak Turkish? I am not surprised Google translate didn’t come up with an accurate translation, especially given that it’s a non romance alphabet.

I didn't just check google translate but all dictionaries and Turkish uses a Latin alphabet.
